At MOBILIS®, we are aware that the professions and needs of our customers are varied and we therefore pride ourselves in the creation of custom-made solutions in response to customer specifications. Our in-house expertise and our 2 French-based factories allow us greater flexibility and total control throughout the design process.

Every year, we design more than 700 bespoke products to meet the specific needs of corporate users.

From design to manufacture

Because our customers need to visualise what was originally just an idea, they are fully involved in the design process, in every step of product development. We not only work FOR you, we work WITH you!

Research and development

Our in-house design department strives to offer you the perfect solution. Our designers, technicians and prototype engineers will imagine, draw, source, test and create different models.

They work with state-of-the-art software and machinery to create your prototypes: modeling software, 3D scanner, cutting stations, sewing stations and a test laboratory. A wide range of materials (textiles, plastics, foam etc.) Enable us to customise your products. Our close collaboration with computer terminal manufacturers guarantees our access to model and device specifications and accessories in order to design our products in accordance to device ecosystems.

Our products, tested & approved

For each product developed, technical tests are carried out in our prototype laboratory.

Several machines enable us to evaluate the reliability of the components used. We measure abrasion resistance (MartinDale test) tensile strength and resistance (Tumble test) and mechanical impacts (IK standards).

Materials

We choose materials according to the required resistance and the budget available. Textiles: Polyester, Nylon, Tarpaulin, reinforced PVC, Hypalon and Polyurethane. Plastics: TPU, SEBS, Polypropylene and Polycarbonate.

Portability

We adapt portability to facilitate everyday activities and improve safety in the workplace: clip systems, deactivation, reflective strips etc.
